I decide to "play" around with some more felting so I did it the easy way.. without knitting it first.. :)
So I bought this sweater at a garage sale for 50 cents...
I cut off the sleeves and sewed it up ..then make some straps with the ribbing and the neckline...
Looks good this way but I wanted to see it felted...
So... Here is the result...
All felted and drying !!!
Now I'll just make a little liner for the inside !!
Boy.. That was alot faster then knitting it first !!! :)

You're way ahead of me! I bought a thrift store wool fair isle and cut it up, too, but never did figure out how to do with the ribbing what you did, and it's just sat there. Looking at yours, now I know what I want to run go do with it. Thank you!
