Christmas Sweater for One of My Grandaughters...
The Yarn has a "sparkle" in it..its a Red Heart Yarn which is so nice and soft.. I have used several of it in different colors.
The pattern is an old Sirdar Pattern that I have used before years ago.

I keep forgetting to post in here.... I just get so caught up in Ravelry that I loose track of time.
This is The Holden Shawl..... Beautiful pattern and I love this yarn.. It is Poems Sock Yarn......

This is for my Daughter Terry. Hope she likes it. :)


Here are some fingerless mitts for my Daughter April.. She asked for Blue.... These ahve a "sparkle" in them but you can't see it here in the photo..
I used Urban Fingerless Gloves also found in Ravelry...
Casted on for a slouch hat too but its still sitting around not getting done!!!




I Won!!!!! This is some lovely worsted yarn that I won in one of my Ravelry Groups...

So.. The Heat of The Summer has finally left us for another year.. It sure kept us looking for ways to cool off this time.. What a Hot one it was. Waving Good-Bye to the Hot Weather for now...

Now The Cooler Breezes are coming .. The windows are open .. and ohhhhhhhh how nice to feel the Fresh Air!!!

The Leaves are falling off the trees ...

Its Almost October .... and time to be thinking about Halloween,.. Pumpkin Pie and Turkey Dinners

Elena is a Fabulous Designer and I finally got around to making some of her dresses..
I made mine shorter to be a tunic for the Fall that they can wear over leggings and a tee shirt...

Here are some Fingerless Gloves I made for my Grandaughter Ally..... See Them Ally?? Do you like them???
This is the First time Ever that I made fingers..... Made Special for you , Ally!!! :)

I made caps for the fingers and a cap for the thumb...
Now when its could you can Knit... Type and Keep Your Hands Warm !!! Cool, huh!!!

Here is my Brangian Shawl... I saw her beautiful design and it was stockinette and lace border.. I said that I would love to do it in an all lace shawl... Sooooo Here is the All Lace Version of the Brangian Shawl which is in Ravelry Patterns.. I use Happy Sock yarn for mine and I just love the shalw and I love the feel of the texture.. I highly recommend knitting this lovely wrap...

My Swiss Cheese Scarf.. Pattern is in Ravelry.. I did mine knitting lengthwise instead of across as in the pattern... I used a fingering sock weight and cast on about 310 stitches with a # 6 ( I think)...Cute and different scarf and looks great in the colors ( which you can't really see here...

This is #2 Libbys Slipstitch Cardigan by Green Mountain Spinnery...
The pattern is really nice.. it knits up very well in a worsted cotton and the style is a classic... I will be making more of these cuties...

And I found a Knit Shop to visit while I was there :)

Bought two cute patterns and some Happy Feet Sock Yarn and Terry got some other nice cotton for me to make Claire a top :)
Its a lovely shop and the ladies are very nice and helpful.. I will visit again when I am in Town :)
