Hi,
I don't seem to get around here very much lately!! I am always on Ravelry and by the time I get off there its time to catch up on my knitting!!
So.. Let me see.. What have I done lately????
I knit a few shawls and I knitted a few sweaters for my Grandaughters.. I'll see if I remember how to post them here for you!! Hum??
Gosh.. That one came out too dark...

Hats Hats!!!


Made these Hats for some Baby Hospitals ...
They were such Fun to knit..
Just sort of "winged" the patterns...in all different sizes

Fall Shawl


I made another Summer Flies... I just LOve this Pattern..
This one will be nice and cozy for the Fall..
The Yarn I used is Classic Shades by Universal Yarns and the colorway is 703 Rust.. It is a beautiful soft tone of Browns..

Ok.. I did it...
This is my First Projects for the Challenge..
A Sweater ( In Threes ) is the pattern and this one is for Claire .. My Three Year Old Grandaughter.
The yarn is a Red Heart Stripe Yarn.. I forget the name right now but its nice and soft!!

HUH???

I have been busy Knitting and Ravelering.. and have not checked in to Blog..

Scrunchable Scarves.... One for my Daughter Terry and one for my 2 year old Grandaughter Claire...

It seems that whenever I send something ..Claire wants it.. sooooooooooooo now she has her own little scarf just like Mommies!!!
This is done in more of the Knitpicks Organic Cotton that I bought for the baby things... Now " Mommy" has something to keep her warm and snuggly too!

Baby Sweater for my new Grandbaby due in February....
This is Little Lilly by Cottage Creations... but is for a Boy or Girl..
I used more of the Knitpicks Organic Cotton for this and the Sweater is sooooooooo Soft and Squishy... I think this is now My Most Favorite Baby Sweater..
I love the shape of the hood with the fold back trim and the square back shape...

Christmas Sweater for One of My Grandaughters...
The Yarn has a "sparkle" in it..its a Red Heart Yarn which is so nice and soft.. I have used several of it in different colors.
The pattern is an old Sirdar Pattern that I have used before years ago.

Here are some fingerless mitts for my Daughter April.. She asked for Blue.... These ahve a "sparkle" in them but you can't see it here in the photo..
I used Urban Fingerless Gloves also found in Ravelry...
Casted on for a slouch hat too but its still sitting around not getting done!!!




I Won!!!!! This is some lovely worsted yarn that I won in one of my Ravelry Groups...

So.. The Heat of The Summer has finally left us for another year.. It sure kept us looking for ways to cool off this time.. What a Hot one it was. Waving Good-Bye to the Hot Weather for now...

Now The Cooler Breezes are coming .. The windows are open .. and ohhhhhhhh how nice to feel the Fresh Air!!!

The Leaves are falling off the trees ...

It is a lovely shawl and I enjoyed making it....The size is perfect after I added 10 rows to the main part
