This Blankie is an unusual color I know!!!! So Lets hope I don't get a comment about it like the " Nut" Sweater!!!! :)
Its a grey with white and the yarn sort of goes like thicker and thinner.... Its a NICE soft Alpaca , wool and acrylic mix... I bought this yarn about five years ago so I am really Happy that I finally used it.. Well ..Some of it... I still have four more skeins of it left... What do ya think?? maybe a scarf or two ????
For the Blanket I just did a wide garter border and stockinette for the rest of it.... Its about 40 X 40 ..... That should be enough to wrap around Little Samantha when its cold .....right!!!

It's nice! I have a question, though. How is it that you never start a fire knitting so fast? There have to be sparks flying off your needles!

I really like it--especially those little blobs. I think it's great when baby stuff is knit in non-traditional baby colors. Maybe then she can take it to college with her and not get picked on for using a baby blanket! :)

I love gray anyways, but having a son named Grayson, I find I knit a little more with it. I made him a baby sweater in it last fall.

I love this blanket and I think the colour is awesome. It's nice to not just have a pink and baby blue, yellow and green for baby items. I think it will also be perfect on the end of her bed or in the living room for a kid size throw as she gets older too.

It looks like a big cloudy sky; perfect time to stay in an cuddle unde the blanket!

I like it! :-)
