Here is another skirt in Burgandy with a Rose color trim....
I used the New Bernart DK Satin for this one....I love the softness of it....

Yesterday when I was talking on the phone with April she asked me to crochet Sammi a long dress that she can wear over her leggings....
CROCHET ??????????? Hummmmmmmmm!!!! I have not done much crocheting for many many years but last night I got out my hooks and started going at it... This is My Skirt Design... How do you like it ???

I can't wait to see Samantha in it :)

Oh Boy... Now I am eager to design some others !!!

I really need to find a better place to take my photos because you can't see the real colors in the dress...
Its a very pretty yellow cotton with pink and green slub like colors in it... The Buttons are three pink butterflies....

Now The Dress is My New Version of the Oat Couture Top that I made a few weeks ago...
I did a picot cast on and some garter rows then straight stockinette stitch until the bodice.. The did the garter stitch....went around and finished the front and only did the button opening for the top part instead of all the way down....
I finished off with stockinette stitch and did a picot bind off....
After I finished I did a crochet picot around the sleeves... So I guess we can call this.....

My friend Dorethea saw it and will probably be making one for her Grandaughter as well..

This is my still growing " So Called Scarf"... I am using James Brett Marled Yarn which is turning out just perfect for this project..
It has shades of gray.. purple.. and pinkish.... Nice neutral colors and nice and soft !!!!
























This is the First "So Called Scarf "I started but I took it off the needles because the yarn is a wool and it is a bit too "NOT SOFT" for this stitch.... I love the yarn but I have to find something else to make with it.. If I make a scarf I want it to be SOFT....

This Scarf is made using a yummy SOFT Yarn called OH MY by Plymouth and it is really Oh My Soft !!!!
The pattern I chose I designed myself.... IF you would like to make one I will post the pattern repeat here for you!!!
Let me know how yours came out and how you liked the pattern ...

I used a # 11 Needle for this one...The yarn is like a worsted weight but very soft !!!

Cast On 26 Stitches...

Row 1- K2, *K1, YO, K2tog* repeat from *to * to last 3 stitches... K3........ Right Side Row

Row 2- K3, purl across to last 3 stitches...K3

Row3- Knit Across

Row 4- K3, purl across to last 3 stitches...K3


Repeat Rows 1 to 4 until desired length.. Mine is 62 inches long..

This is My Third Brittany Jumper and I did each one a little Different... This one is done with a cotton yarn that I bought in a Yarn Shop....

Yesterday we went to the Dentist.......My Knitting and Me !!! We both got a GOOD check-up and I also had my teeth cleaned !

This is a dress that I started......Pretty colors, huh !!! I am knitting it in the round so I'm going and going and going in knit... At this point I am sort of longing for the purl stitch..... But another few inches and I will start the rib yoke..
