These Little Cuties are the Best Baby Shoes I have seen.. I love the way the straps criss cross so that the tiny shoes will have a much better chance of staying on the babies feet!!!

I used Patons..Look At Me DK Yarn for these and a size 4 needle... They came out to hopefully fit My Five Month Old Grandaughter.. Samantha!!! .. Yes.. I am SURE that they will !!!


This Gadget was created by My Friend Mary....... Yes.. Its a toilet roll holder glued on to a tile !!!.. We also wound the yarn around a plastic tube... I used an aidia tube that I cut and then slit down the middle to fit on my Ball Winder...
Now.. The main use for this is while using laceweight yarn or fingering yarn... You know when you are knitting and the yarn twists sometimes and ends up in a tangled mess.. Well.. This unwinds from the outside while you are knitting and ... No More Tangles !!!!
Great Job Mary... Maybe you should get a patent for this !!!

This morning while I was sitting on the Balcony having My Coffee...... a Guy in a motorized parachute flew by.....Pretty Cool !!!!

So here is The Baby Albert Coat from Knit Stitch Book...
April bought the yarn while she was visiting me last Month.... At first I was unsure of adding the green yarn that she chose.. But but I like it... This is a Christmas Sweater for Samantha but seeing a close up view of the yarn knitted up she will be able to wear this even past Christmas.. The Yarn is Pinguoin and its really nice and soft... It knits up to a tweedy kind of fabric...

I finished the Asian Sweater for Samantha :)
Now she has one to match her MaMa and Sister Penny when she comes from China :)

Updating

I haven't posted in a few days so I thought I would just update you all ..
I am more than half way finished with my Third Asian Sweater.. hooray!!!

And More Exciting news is that My Daughter Terry in Buffalo is having another Baby!!!!
This will be her number 6... yup... Number Six... !!!!!!
I figure this one will be a boy because the same day she told me I was trying to think of what to make with some pretty Blue Sirdar Yarn that I have and I said to myself.." Oh Someone will have a Baby Boy soon.." And that same day she told me she was expecting!! That and the fact that she now has three Girls and two Boys.... This will even the score !!!
So That's it then.. She's having a Boy!!! :)

Maybe by that time we will also have "Little Penny" from China.....

So It seems that I will never be at a loss for Knitting for My GrandChildren!!! :)

Its time to go to Florida and I am getting Seperation Anxiety about leaving my Yarn and Books here !!! I have packed just about all I can fit into the Van.... I am taking very little clothes because Clothes are easier to buy in Florida than Yarn !!! And who needs clothes in Florida anyway!!!
So I'll be posting to you from Sunnyland pretty soon!!!

Dressed Turkey

This weekend I am making Thanksgiving Dinner while My Daughter is here visiting..
